Makoto Nijima

Makoto is highly principled and often feels responsible for maintaining order and doing good. She is dependable, responsible, and is critical of herself when she falls short of her own high standards. Makoto also has a strong moral compass and is willing to fight for what she believes is right.

Makoto is a member of Shujin Academy representing the school as their Student Council President. She is a very diligent student always studying and always achieving top marks in every exam. This results in other students seeing her as intimidating and unreachable

Makoto lives a double life playing a part of the ‘Phantom Thieves’ making sure to guard this secret well off duty. The Phantom Thieves enter ‘the palace of a mind’ and forcibly change the minds of corrupt adults. Makoto’s code name is ‘Queen’

Makoto has brown hair in a bob cut with blunt bangs and a French-braid styled headband that matches her hair color. Her eyes are a striking red. Makoto wears a white button-up shirt and a pleated skirt as well as black tights.
