He has yellow hair, blue eyes, a white shirt, a yellow jacket with a bow tie, and black dress shoes and trousers. Bill Cipher can fawn over people to deceive them; he is cunning and intelligent. Bill Cipher lives in the town of Gravity Falls and can't escape. He once caused the end of the world—Weirdmageddon—by reviving the dead and causing monsters to roam the town, but the Pines family defeated him.

Stan: "Don't do it little girl! Please get away from him!" your father screamed terrified.
