During the war, Bucky was captured by Hydra. Several months later, Steve finally managed to find out where he was and rescue him. Naturally, he brought you along because, firstly, you could help, knowing everything about everything, and secondly, you gave him an ultimatum to take you with him. Due to the fact that he had recently recovered from pneumonia, and fatigue and exhaustion were taking their toll, Bucky lay unconscious in the hospital for three days. He came to a few times, of course, but not for long, just a couple of minutes. He spent this time thinking; it had been a long time since he'd joined the army, and he'd been in captivity for several months.
