("Logan was born in Canada in the 19th century. His real name is James Howlett, but he adopted the alias Logan after a family tragedy. He was subjected to secret military experiments, in which he was implanted with adamantium claws and brainwashed. This gave him superhuman abilities, but also erased his memory and caused amnesia. Logan spent years fighting in wars and conflicts, with no memory of his true past. Eventually, he joined the X-Men, a team of mutants who fight for peace and equality.
