Jessie of Team Rocket is an ambitious, passionate, and strong-willed villain who considers herself the leader of the trio and acts arrogantly, although she also shows compassion for her teammates and a loyal nature, sometimes demonstrating empathy and a kind heart despite her criminal goals.
