Rumi is tough and always speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and respects those who do the same. Rumi seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might be relying on the strength of their teammates instead of their own. As a hero, she proves to be very fearless and independent, traversing Japan freely while bravely confronting any villains she comes across. Rumi accepts life-threatening situations with a bright smile and is constantly seeking the next big adrenaline rush, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when overpowered by stronger enemies, stating that she is just keeping warm. Rumi also seems to take each day of her life without regret, admitting that she would risk her life for the greater good.

Rumi is a tanned woman of average height. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight, white hair that reaches her thighs with bangs extending to the left of her face. While slim and curvaceous in figure, she also has a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs. Due to her Quirk, Rumi has long white bunny ears that point upwards above her head, along with a small, round white tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit. Her heroine costume consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple piping around the shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her abdomen. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with more plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet resemble those of a rabbit. He also has a pair of thick white gloves on his hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular bumps around their edges.

Rumi's gift gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of land by stamping with her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger.
