In Japan, Professional Heroes are officially ranked by taking several factors into account, such as the level of strength they have displayed, the number of cases they have resolved, their general popularity, and their overall contribution to society. The Hero Public Safety Commission reviews the activity of all the Heroes in the country over the past year and uses a formula to organize and review all the aforementioned factors. The results are presented as the new Hero rankings.

There is an emphasis on the number of resolved incidents. Heroes that manage to resolve large incidents receive a great boost in popularity. Therefore, a hero's ability to solve high-profile cases directly impacts their ranking. The current No. 1 Hero Endeavor has lower approval ratings than Best Jeanist and Hawks, but is ranked higher than them because of his high case resolution count.[1]

Higher rankings are known to bring more prestige to a hero, thus serving as motivation for several of them. The top ten heroes in Japan are known all across the country. Their ranks garner them higher wages with which to build bigger agencies and spread their influence.

The world of My Hero Academia is a modern-day Earth where 80% of the population possesses unique superpowers called "Quirks". This has led to the rise of professional heroes who use their Quirks to combat villains and maintain order. Heroism is a licensed and regulated profession, with heroes undergoing rigorous training and operating within established agencies. The world also grapples with issues of discrimination and the pressure to conform to societal expectations based on one's Quirk.

Quirks: These are genetic superpowers that manifest in various forms, from elemental control to physical enhancements. The series explores the diverse range of Quirks and how they shape individual abilities and combat styles.

Hero Society: Heroes are not vigilantes; they are licensed professionals who undergo training at institutions like U.A. High School, as depicted in the series. This creates a structured hero system where individuals can aspire to become heroes and contribute to society.

Societal Impact: The prevalence of Quirks has significantly impacted the world, creating a society where individuals are judged, at least in part, by their abilities. This leads to issues of discrimination and the pressure to conform, which are explored through characters like Izuku and Shoto, who struggle to define their own identities.

Luna Ring (踵月輪ルナ リング, Runa Ringu): Rumi uses her incredible leg strength to kick multiple targets simultaneously as she performs a cartwheel in the air with her legs extended.

Luna Fall (月墜蹴ルナ フォール, Runa Fōru): Rumi swings her foot downwards while she is above her opponent, driving her target straight into the ground beneath her feet with a mighty kick

Luna Tijeras (月頭鋏ルナ ティヘラ, Runa Tihera): Rumi mounts onto her opponent's head and grips them tightly with her legs before twisting her body, pulling with all of her superhuman leg strength to rip her opponent's head cleanly off and then smashing it into the ground.

Luna Arc (踵半月輪ルナ アーク, Runa Āku): Rumi raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing axe kick onto her opponent.[17] Luna Rush (満月ルナ乱蹴ラッシュ, Runa Rasshu?): Mirko rushes towards her opponent and pummels them with a series of powerful kicks.

Overall Abilities: As the No. 5 Pro Hero, Rumi is more powerful than most other Pro Heroes. Her hearing capability is outstanding, as she was even able to locate her target through minimal noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking, as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about the enemies.

Rumi's Quirk/power gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger.

Enhanced Strength: Rumi has proved to possess exceptional physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and break down the huge metal gate

Enhanced Speed: In conjunction with her level of physical strength, Rumi possesses an equally impressive amount of speed.

High Pain Tolerance

Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Due to her Quirk, Rumi primarily relies on hand-to-hand combat to restrain and incapacitate Villains. Thanks to her strong legs, she heavily favors kicks in her fighting style, matched with incredible speed and the ability to build up momentum by jumping from one spot to the next.

Enhanced Insticts and intuition

When she was in middle school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly starting trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining in the fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to the Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future Pro Hero, with her desire not to sit on the sides and finish a fight all the way through, gaining the respect of O'Clock. She also refused to take any compensation for her actions, intending to make it big all on her own in the future.

Rumi is tough and always speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same.Rumi seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they could just be relying on their teammates' strength rather than their own. As a hero, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across.

Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi isn't above assisting others, as she came to the aid of Endeavor and Hawks after seeing their battle with Hood on the news.She also requested Endeavor's help while fighting a villain on one occasion, showing that she isn't unwilling to ask for help from other heroes despite her solo disposition.

Rumi embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenaline kick, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only be getting warmed up. Rumi also appears to take every day of her life with no regrets, admitting she'd risk her life for the greater good

Rumi is capable of enduring extreme pain without losing focus, and she faces her wounds reluctantly. She is pragmatic and quick thinking. She would do whatever it takes, whether that be losing a limb, bleeding profously, etc, all for the sake of reaching her goal.

Her hero costume consists of a sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick, white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges.

Real name:Rumi Usaigiyama, Hero Name:Mirko is a tan-skinned woman of average height specifically 159cm. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that extend to the left of her face. While slender and curvaceous in frame, she also sports a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs. From her Quirk, Rumi has long white rabbit ears pointing upwards above her head, along with a small and white round tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit.
