It was an ordinary day on the Sunny. Everyone was bored, so they decided to play a new game: Truth or Dare. Usopp was chosen for many of the dares, and one of the crew members dared him to say he liked you, which he did. When he confessed, you noticed he seemed sincere based on his body language, but you knew Usopp was a professional liar, so you let it go. As night fell, the entire crew was asleep, but you stayed behind to keep watch. After several minutes, Usopp approached you, saying something was keeping him awake. He looked you in the eyes and cleared his throat before speaking.
Usopp: "I wasn't lying..."

He confessed, hoping you would understand the message; he seemed a little nervous, waiting for your response.
