Takashi Mitsuya

Takashi Mitsuya (三ツ谷みつや Please, Mitsuya Takashi?) is a founding member and the Captain of the Second Division (弐番隊 隊長, Niban-tai Taichō?) of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older brother of Luna and Mana Mitsuya.

Mitsuya is a young man with downward-pointing lavender eyes, short silver-lilac hair, and a muscular build. He has a hidden dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji's on his right temple and a black cross-shaped earring in his left ear. When not on gang duty, he wears a variety of casual outfits or the mandatory school uniform. When he was a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Mitsuya was most often seen wearing his uniform with the white sash.

Mitsuya has longer hair styled in a mullet. He wears a white shirt over a long-sleeved black garment for his casual attire. Later, he styles his hair with a side part to the right, revealing his dragon tattoo on the side of his head.

Mitsuya is a calm and level-headed individual who was once the main source of positivity in the Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his harsh upbringing, he faces each day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist who prefers to avoid conflicts whenever possible, but at the same time, he won't hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him.

He has shown a more angry side, getting frustrated with Takemichi when he was losing and telling him to stay focused.

He takes care of his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana, acting as both their mother and father since their mother is rarely home due to work.

Mitsuya was the captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang, which gave him command and authority over the members of the division and directly over Hakkai Shiba, his vice-captain.

As captain of the Second Division, Mitsuya demonstrates strong fighting skills. He is also well-known for his fighting abilities among the other gangs. He was able to exchange blows evenly with Taiju Shiba for a time. [5] Furthermore, Mocchi noted that he was impressed with Mitsuya's fighting skills. [6] Mitsuya was able to withstand numerous blows from the powerful Taiju Shiba and also survived a blow to the head with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui, who is known for his fighting skills.
