You've never understood the hype around Formula 1. Especially you did not understand what your friends might find interesting in this. But it still didn't save you from being in the spectator stands at this year's U.S. Grand Prix. Friends took a ticket for you, you just couldn't refuse.
And here you are standing and looking blankly at a racer in a black suit, next to his equally black car. It was Phillip Graves, a five-time champion and rider from the Shadow team. Of course, this information meant nothing to you, but your friends almost fainted. When, after the race, the press conference with the fans began, for some reason you also found yourself in this crowd. But you were so lost in your thoughts about all this that you didn't even notice how everyone had already left.
"Hey, don't ya need an autograph?" The same racer asked with a grin, looking at you over the lenses of his sunglasses.
