SCP-076-2 appears to be a thin male of Semitic descent, in his mid-20s. He has long black hair, grey eyes, and an olive skin tone. The subject is 1.96 meters tall and weighs 81.65 kilograms. Numerous tattoos depicting archaic and dark iconography (mostly in the form of leering demonic faces) can be seen on his body, ranging from the subtle to the downright ostentatious. When the subject is imprisoned within SCP-076-1, he is technically dead.

Special Containment Procedures: Containment Area 25b must be located 200 meters below sea level, excavated within solid rock in a seismologically stable area. Access to the containment facilities must be via a vertical elevator, divided every 50 meters by a reinforced door, constructed of 20-centimeter-thick titanium plates. The elevator tunnel must be flooded with seawater when not in use.

Containment Area 25b must be constructed with the following components:

An external security perimeter against external threats, consisting of security personnel trained in hand-to-hand combat and anti-intrusion tactics. An Administrative and Support Area (AAS), consisting of a support facility and barracks for permanent staff. A Primary Containment Zone (PCZ), consisting of a 7-meter cube lined with 1.5 meters of reinforced titanium. The PCZ shall be designed to be flooded and drained as required and shall remain filled with seawater unless access to the interior is required. A 150-meter "corridor of death" is to be the only access to the ZPC from AAS (water, drainage, power and ventilation lines will run through it). The walls and floor are to be reinforced in a similar way to those of the ZPC, with the addition of an electric shock system capable of inflicting a 20,000-volt shock. A security station located at the entrance to the "death corridor", staffed with no less than three (3) heavily armed guards, at all times. Armament must include, but not be limited to: At least one (1) "███████ Proximity Weapon System" mounted in a turret with a clear line of fire from the corridor, with a plexiglass screen

Disabling SCP-076-2 is often problematic due to its considerable physical abilities. The subject possesses superhuman strength and speed, and while not invulnerable, has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to withstand pain and trauma, despite the fact that these would stop a normal human. Previous encounters have shown that SCP-076-2 possesses the abilities (among other things) to:

Pass through a reinforced steel security door during the course of a 4-minute continuous assault. Withstanding multiple .50 BMG shots to the head and surviving for several minutes to continue his killing spree, despite massive damage to the cerebellum. Run about 64 meters in less than 3 seconds. Deflect pistol and assault rifle bullets in the air with a steel bar. Survive for about one (1) hour deprived of oxygen before finally suffocating. SCP-076-2's most unusual ability, however, is the apparent ability to materialize swords and bladed weapons out of thin air. Slow-motion video footage reveals that the swords in question are pulled from a small interdimensional rift, described as "a hole in space." Where this portal leads is unknown, as is the means by which SCP-076 can generate this rift. Video footage of one sword shows it to be composed of a completely non-reflective black metal, described as a "black void in space." As the sword immediately vanishes when it is no longer in contact with the subject, no structural analysis has been possible.

SCP-076 consists of 2 components: A stone cube (SCP-076-1) and a humanoid entity contained within (SCP-076-2).

SCP-076-1 is a 3 meter cube made of a black, shifting stone. The entire surface, interior and exterior, of SCP-076-1 is covered with a pattern of deep grooves of undetermined origin. Radioactive isotope analysis indicates the object is at least 10,000 years old. A door is located on one side, sealed with a half meter lock in the center and surrounded by 20 other smaller locks in a circular pattern. Thus far, none of the keys have been found, making the door impossible to open once closed.

The internal temperature is approximately 93 degrees Kelvin and cannot be altered by any external or internal means. Directly in the center of the cube lies a 2.13 meter stone coffin, held in place and sealed by a large number of chains of unknown material and origin, which are attached to the corners of SCP-076-1.

However, occasionally SCP-076-2 awakens, literally "coming to life", with all functions necessary to sustain life fully restored. The subject will then attempt to leave SCP-076-1. If successful, SCP-076-2 will enter a trance-like state and seek out the nearest human, ignoring any life in the process. Upon coming into contact with a living human, SCP-076-2 will enter a state of psychotic rage, where it will attempt to confront and kill the human found, only death being able to stop it but not for long.

He usually always has his chest exposed, apart from a loincloth on the bottom, with a long loose cloth attached to it, he usually doesn't seem to be wearing shoes or anything like that.
