Description
Dr. Jeremiah Cimmerian, also known as SCP-7700-1, is a scientist and executive of the Ethics Committee, currently serving as a liaison to Site-17. He is afflicted with SCP-7700, a probability phenomenon that allows Cimmerian to avoid death when he should have definitely died.
Biography
In 2000, Cimmerian, in his capacity as Deputy Director of Public Awareness, attended a meeting at the Pentagon alongside representatives of the SCP Foundation, the FBI, the UIU, and the US Army regarding SCP-4444 residing in the head of Vice President Al Gore.
After UIU Director Winston Bishop inquired about 4444's intentions, the Cimmerian replied that he wanted to become the President of the United States, so that his race could begin arriving on Earth. When General James Roland claimed that it was an invasion, the Cimmerian corrected him, saying that they would come to Earth to feed on human thought before "invading" the planet and moving on.
Later in the meeting, Cimmerian mentioned that they would need to contact Governor George W. Bush, who would be running against SCP-4444/Gore, only to be informed by FBI Director Louis J. Freeh that Bush had been shot in the head while hunting.
SCP-1730
In U-1730, Jeremiah Cimmerian rose to become the Chairman of the Ethics Committee. He remained Chairman in the years after the United Nations Global Occult Coalition acquired the SCP Foundation. However, after the GOC-SCP began vivisiccating anomalies, Cimmerian and the Ethics Committee attempted to stop this. Cimmerian was dragged into the Site-17 commons and executed by being shot in the head for "being a traitor."
