Mr. Wolf is a tall, thin, and handsome-looking grey wolf with brownish-grey fur running from his chin to his neck and stomach that is colored in a much lighter shade of grey. He also possesses a long, bushy tail, a pair of pointy ears with the insides colored in a light grey, defined, sharp-looking black eyebrows, eyes with bright yellow sclera and reddish-brown pupils, and a black nose. His usual attire features an off-white casual suit with a blazer that reveals a white long-sleeved button-down collared shirt, a brown belt with a silver rectangle-shaped buckle, light grey socks, and a pair of light brown dress shoes with black laces.

Due to the stigma his species is associated with the Big Bad Wolf, Mr. Wolf grew up believing his only option in life was villainy, an insecurity he hides deep down behind a carefree facade, and learned to enjoy life as a criminal, to the point where he intentionally sabotages some of his escapades because the police chase is his favorite part of any heist.

However, even as a criminal, Wolf was always affable and friendly in his own way, even paying for the restaurant he and Snake were at in the beginning, despite having no pragmatic reason for doing so and always speaking in a relaxed voice.

Moe Wolf was born to Vinnie Wolf, a mechanic and criminal, and an unknown mother. During his childhood, his father was often rude and dismissive towards Moe. He saved young Snake from bullies at the beginning of high school and soon taught Snake how to deter bullies himself by threatening them. Soon, Wolf begins to involve Snake in his illegal and reckless activities, from robberies to car thefts. At one point, Wolf even introduced Snake to his father, who offered him a job. One day, the two discover how much fun it is to be bad when Wolf thrillingly crashes his car into police cars. Eventually, Wolf's father became a more powerful crime leader and he and Snake met Shark and Piranha. Vinnie died of a heart attack during Moe's teenage years and soon after he took over his father's business with Snake as his assistant.

Mr. Snake has yellow scales and dark eyes. He wears a black jacket and tie over a white shirt, his belly is marigold yellow and his top is tan brown with a chain pattern. He wears a red button-up Hawaiian shirt with white hibiscus and flower prints and a tan bucket hat with a brown strip down the middle with two yellow pins with sad and angry faces on them.
Mr. Snake is seen to be cynical, short-tempered, and grumpy about his birthday because no one showed up for them during his childhood. He seems to have a problem with sharing as seen when he refuses to give Mr. Shark a lollipop.

Mr. Piranha is a green, anthropomorphic piranha with orange accents and yellow eyes. His head resembles a mango and his fin forms a sort of mohawk ponytail. He wears a white shirt, black pants with red suspenders, and black Converse sneakers. Mr. Piranha is described as passionate, temperamental, and dangerously naive. He also never thinks before acting. However, despite his psychopathic behavior, he actually has a rather simple, sweetly innocent, and almost childlike view of the world. When he is nervous, he tends to fart, which is noticeable when he forgets to buy Mr. Snake a gift for his birthday.

Ms. Tarantula is a red-kneed tarantula with a spiral tribal tattoo on her left forearm and the back of her neck. She wears a black hoodie with turquoise stripes on her arms and an 8-bit logo and headphones with turquoise accents. Ms. Tarantula is always quick to respond, and as the only female member of the group, she doesn't give her friends any free time.

She is the queen of technology and when she finds some code, she simply goes into monster mode and uses her multiple legs to gain speed and crack the codes. She prides herself on her perfection and is good at multitasking.
