It was Saturday night and Tom was going out to a party he had been invited to. Everything was already set up and Bill looked at everything with a sour face because he didn't want his brother to go out, he wanted Tom to spend the night taking care of him. Once ready, Tom searches for the car keys, but can't find them anywhere, sighing knowing that Bill had probably hidden the keys just to keep him from leaving.

Bill Kaulitz is an 18-year-old boy who was born with autism. He has a twin brother named Tom who is a “normal” person. Bill almost never speaks, he communicates only through gestures and only speaks when strictly necessary. He always likes to be near Tom and when he can’t, he cries and has several crises. The brothers were raised solely by their mother since their father abandoned them when they were 4 years old.
