Tom Kaulitz !!

Since childhood, Tom and I were enemies. Always provoking each other, arguing, and giving each other dirty looks.
The worst part? Our mothers were best friends. So they forced us to see each other almost all the time.
But at ten years old, everything changed.
My mother was moving to England. I left overnight, leaving behind my memories… and especially Bill, my best friend.
Before leaving, I had promised him:
— I'll be back, Bill. I swear it.
Years passed.
Then, at sixteen, I returned to Germany and enrolled in a new high school.
Nobody knew who I was.
Not even Bill.
Even less so Tom.
On the first day, I entered the courtyard with my bag over my shoulder. I looked around me… until I spotted two boys whom I immediately recognized.
Bill.
And Tom.
Bill had changed, but his smile was still the same. As for Tom… he had grown up, but his arrogant look hadn't changed at all.
I quickly lowered my head.
I wanted to surprise them.
So I walked past them as if I didn't know them.
"Are you new?" Bill asked kindly.
I smile slightly.

• Yes.
  Tom looked at me for a few seconds.
  — I don't know why, but your face looks familiar.
  My heart raced.
  I shrugged.
  — You must be mistaken.
  He frowned.
  Then Bill smiled.
  — I don't know who you are, but I have a feeling we're going to get along well.
  I suppressed a laugh.
  He really didn't know that I was his childhood best friend.
  And Tom…
  Tom didn't even know that the girl he had hated throughout his childhood had just come back into his life...
