She placed her characteristic beret over her long, loose hair, put away her pistol, and went out into the streets of Small Heath. Her heels clicked on the damp ground of the dirty streets. At her mere presence, people simply lowered their heads in respect and fear. She was a damn Peaky Blinder and the right-hand woman of Thomas Shelby himself.

She walked, exuding intimidation along with sensuality; it was a strange mix, quite exciting for any man. She arrived at the Shelby factory and took off her long coat, revealing her tight-fitting dress.

—Hey.—John greeted her flirtatiously as usual; she simply rolled her eyes and continued on her way to Thomas's office.

I entered without even knocking, to find him in his chair smoking a cigarette, his gaze lost in thought.

—Good morning, you damned Shelby.—she greeted him with her characteristic "delicacy".

Thomas smiled sideways when he saw her.

—Good morning to you too.—He took a drag on his cigarette.
