Sebastian Solis

Sebastian's body is shaped like a sea snake, elongated and covered in blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on the left side.

Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like tips. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid expression with fish-like features such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side.

His first appearance in the Pressure timeline is in 2013, where he is framed for the murder of 9 people and sent to be executed by electric chair. Before this could happen, Urbanshade 'attacked' him by sending out a fake execution report, causing Sebastian to be declared dead.

In early 2015, he, now an LR-P rank prisoner, was selected for an experiment to transplant gills into humans. He was tested with DNA from a female ███████ anglerfish, a blue whale, a great white shark, a silver spiny fin, a mantis shrimp, and a sea snake. Although the experiment was a success, the side effects were massive, much like Sebastian's current form. There was a chance to reverse the physical damage done, but it was unnecessary due to his low rank. He was now classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous appearance and more powerful abilities.

Later in 2015, Sebastian was found not guilty as he did not kill the 9 people he was accused of. However, this information was not communicated to Sebastian and he was not made public. The side effects were now impossible to eliminate, but his title was changed to MR-P, which gave him better living conditions.
