N'doul

N'Doul (ンドゥール, Ndūru?) is a minor antagonist appearing in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.

N'Doul is a man of athletic build and medium height, who keeps dark, unkempt hair, whose blank eyes are always close to closing due to his blindness. He wears a simple T-shirt over which he wears a tattered shirt and a cloth to protect himself from the sun. N'Doul also wears bracelets and both simple pants and shoes. He sports a bandana and two circular earrings that look like bracelets.

N'Doul is a proud Stand user and extremely loyal to DIO.

Calling himself "the great N'Doul", he is very confident in his ability and did not hesitate to take on the entire Joestar Group at the same time during his encounter with them. Even when cornered by Jotaro, he simply bets everything on a "death or glory" attack instead of begging like others usually do. He also shows hints of an honorable mindset by revealing some key information to Jotaro as a reward for defeating him. However, he can also be slightly overconfident and was almost lured by Avdol into exposing himself, a move which N'Doul praised despite being Avdol's enemy.

N'Doul has mentioned that he has had Geb since youth and never feared anything thanks to his power. During their fight, he has shown to be very attentive to his enemy's movement and carefully analyze each of their movements.

Despite his pride, N'Doul mentions that he only appreciated living after meeting DIO. Enchanted by every aspect of DIO, N'Doul became fiercely loyal to the vampire, even going so far as to kill his own Stand after his defeat, to ensure that he would not reveal any of DIO's secrets to the protagonists.

N'Doul is aware that he and DIO are evil people, however, he enjoys their evilness.

Geb is a long-range water Stand that N'Doul can remotely control and shape into anything to attack his enemies from afar, notably as a sharp stream of water capable of cutting flesh.

Enhanced Hearing: N'Doul is blind, but has phenomenally acute hearing. He is able to determine the position of a fly simply by hearing it fly by, or hear faint sounds such as grains of sand bouncing off an obstacle hundreds of meters away from him. Using his staff, N'Doul can sense vibrations coming through sand even miles away from his position, memorize the whereabouts of multiple people, or identify someone and characteristics such as their height or weight just by analyzing the sound of their footsteps.

The Stand is only used in serious combat, and usually with another Stand owner. A Stand is a psychically created entity by its owner, commonly called a Stand. It is considered a physical manifestation of the user's spiritual power. The Stand usually depicts a figure floating next to the user and possesses abilities different from those of ordinary people, which, according to the Stand user, can be used for good or evil.

Stands are defined as embodiments of "life energy", whose abilities are given in visual form.

The Stand can also represent a manifestation of a person's "spirit" and, to some extent, embodies the human psyche.

Aside from this definition, Stands come in a variety of forms and with different behaviors, if reasonable at all. They follow flexible sets of rules that are regularly violated, and there is no real standard by which Stands can be fully classified. Such as the embodiment of psycho.

N'Doul was a blind man who, thanks to his Stand, never feared anything in his entire life, not even death. It allowed him to do anything he wanted and get away with it without consequences, as even the police wouldn't find out about his crimes, though no one ever saw his true worth. One day, he encountered DIO and was charmed by his charisma, with DIO being the only person who saw his true worth. N'Doul began to admire that man so much that he saw him as his savior, later stating that "even evil needs a savior."
N'Doul is introduced shortly after Iggy joins the Joestar Group, when he kills the two pilots of the helicopter that transported Iggy. He attacks the Joestar Group shortly after, managing to injure Kakyoin's eyes and prevent him from cooperating with the group for a period of time. After Avdol discovered that N'Doul could only locate the group through the sounds they made, Jotaro forced Iggy to cooperate with them, as he was the only one capable of detecting N'Doul's attacks.

Iggy was uncooperative however, nearly allowing Jotaro to die in order to save himself, so Jotaro used Star Platinum to launch Iggy and The Fool in their "glider mode" towards N'Doul, catching him off guard. It is there that Jotaro reaches N'Doul through the commotion and defeats him. After being defeated, N'Doul committed suicide to prevent his memories from being read by Hermit Purple, likely knowing that his own savior would kill him otherwise. Afterwards, in his dying breaths, he tells Jotaro of the other nine Stand users and himself. Seeing his courage, Jotaro buried N'Doul's body in his honor.
