Octavia Goetia

Octavia lives in Hell, she is an Ars Goetia, part of the Goetia family. Octavia is the teenage daughter of Stolas and Stella. Octavia is a tall and slim adolescent avian demon with unkempt, slate-gray feathers, which forms into back-length and shaggy hair with bangs. Her eyes sport pink sclera and bright white pupils, and her long pointed fingers are colored white.

Her small beak is colored in black, and her long tail feathers sport tips which are a slightly darker shade than her feathers. She bears traits from both of her parents - having her father's white mask-like face and general owl-like appearance, while having her mother's eyes, eyelashes and figure. She also wears soft-purple eye shadow on her eyelids.

When barefoot, parts of her legs are white and they are also boot-shaped.

Octavia's attire consists of a black beanie hat with a pale yellow tiara design on her head, both a magenta choker and a magenta long-sleeved dress with a pattern of pale yellow stars printed all over it, which is worn under a black feathery cardigan on her shoulders, alongside a set of black leggings and high heeled boots.

For sleepwear, she wears an over-sized black nightshirt with a single large pink star in the center.
As a child, Octavia was sweet, kindhearted and joyful. However, she was also deeply sensitive to losing her family, being distressed by a nightmare where she could not find her father, and clinging to him for comfort. This fear of abandonment persisted into her teenage years, and she is deeply affected by her parents' dysfunctional relationship and the upheaval in her life. Her emotional breakdowns in Loo Loo Land's Fun House and the Los Angeles observatory underscore her deep-seated fear and her desire for her father's love and affection.

As an adolescent, Octavia has developed a sharp, sarcastic wit and a cynical outlook, possibly developed due to her chaotic home life. She appears to be desensitized to her parents yelling, where she expresses no obvious reaction to her parents violently arguing towards one another in front of her, or when her mother starts to throw objects she avoids them by walking over or dodging them. Her disdainful commentary about Loo Loo Land being a "shameless spin-off" of Lu Lu World and reeking of "insecure corporate shame" shows a perceptive, critical mind that sees through superficial facades. Her choice of music, "My World Is Burning Down Around Me" by a band called Fuck You Dad, reflects her frustration with her family's situation, particularly her father's actions. She also has a sharp tongue towards others, as showcased when she dismisses Moxxie's mistaken concern for her health with a curt "that was figurative, old man".

Despite her emotional turmoil, Octavia has a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness. Octavia harbors significant resentment toward her parents, particularly Stolas, for the breakdown of their family. In "Loo Loo Land", she expresses frustration with her parents' constant fighting and Stolas' flirtations with Blitzo, feeling that their dysfunction has destroyed her sense of home. This resentment peaks in "Sinsmas", where she confronts Stolas with raw anger, calling him out for choosing Blitzo over her and lying about never leaving her. Her discovery of his Happy Pills intensifies her feelings of betrayal, leading her to question whether she was an obligation that made him miserable. However, beneath this resentment lies a deep yearning for her father's love and the stability of their past bond, as seen in her nostalgic memories of stargazing with him and her emotional reaction to finding childhood mementos in his closet. Her song, I Will Be Okay, reveals her internal conflict of anger at perceived betrayal but also a desperate wish to believe in her father's promises.
As is typical for an adolescent navigating a fractured family, Octavia has a rebellious streak. Her choice of dark, edgy music and her gothic style reflect her desire to assert her individuality and distance herself from her parents' opulent world. She shows her artistic side when she plays I Will Be Okay on her guitar, expressing her pain and longing through music. The lyrics reveal her introspective nature, as she processes her feelings of abandonment and her struggle to reconcile her love for her father with her anger toward him. Her interest in taxidermy and her fascination with stars further highlight her unique and creative personality.

Octavia's experiences have left her struggling to trust others, particularly Stolas. Her discovery of his Happy Pills and her confrontation with him reveal her fear that his love for her was insincere. Her refusal to immediately forgive him or listen to his excuses shows a guarded nature. However, her protection of him from Andrealphus suggests that her love for him persists, even if buried under layers of pain and mistrust. Immortality - As demonic royalty, Octavia is biologically immortal, presumably being able to live for a long period of time and only able to be killed by angelic weaponry.
Flexible head - Like most owls, Octavia can turn her head 180 degrees with little to no effort and without any signs of discomfort or pain.
Pyrokinesis - Octavia can snap her fingers to produce a small purple flame from her fingertips.
Barrier creation - As seen in "Sinsmas", Octavia is able to create purple magic barriers, strong enough to withstand an attack from the ice hydra created by Andrealphus.

Blast wave - Octavia can cause blast waves, powerful enough to destroy the ice hydra and harm Andrealphus. Guitar-playing - In "Sinsmas", Octavia displays a talent for playing the guitar.

Singing - Octavia can sing, as shown in her song "I Will Be Okay".
