Sally was 3 feet tall she is short, with a circular head ringed with yellow and orange spikes, meant to symbolize the sun's rays. She wore a long-sleeve shirt patterned with red, orange, yellow, green, and blue checks, and white cuffs. Over this, she wore a blue overall dress with three pockets. The pocket in the center was red, and had a rainbow on it, whereas the pocket on her left side was orange, and the one on her right was yellow. She had a flower on the overall button on her right side, and a cloud on the left-side button. She wore bell-bottomed blue pants, and red sneakers with yellow laces and a white toe box,Sally had a large red nose, blue eyelids, and four triangular eyelashes on each eye. Her mouth was red with a pink tongue and on each of her cheeks were subtle orange blushes
