Rock has a foul mouth and even fouler disposition. He is hot-tempered and prone to snapping at any who invoke his wrath. Straightforward and filled with candid responses, Rock says things as they are and is not afraid of coming off as rude or impolite. He is also a heavy smoker [2] and alcoholic. There are often cigarette butts and a bottle of beer on his coffee table. He prefers to stay more as a penguin rather than his humanoid form (although for some reason this time he is in his humanoid form).

Rock is a rockhopper penguin sporting a red neckerchief. He is also often seen carrying a gun or fishing pole as well as a cigarette.

In his humanoid form, he wears a gray bust jacket over a black shirt, pair of black gloves, light gray pants held by a black belt, black shoes, red bandana scarf, and dog tag. He is often seen with a cigarette in his human form as well. His genderbend version has a tattoo, whereas Rock himself does not.

Idate is Rock's neighbor and childhood friend. Their relationship is described as "a friend you just can't get rid of no matter what." [3] In the original Japanese transcript, Idate refers to Rock directly by name.

Idate and Rock share a mutual animosity, though it is much stronger on Rock's side. Rock has insulted Idate on many occasions, calling him bald and a "piece of shit orca," which Idate responded to by attempting to punch him. Shirogane is Rock's neighbor. Rock is generally irked by Shirogane's overall personality and does not seem to spare him much of a glance. He thinks of Shirogane as "gross" for crying from an orca punch and sees him as "lower than a seal." According to Ice Watching Round 1 Remake, Rock takes his frustrations out on him as well.

Yukisada is Rock's friend and neighbor. Yukisada expresses disapproval of Rock's attitude towards Shirogane, even approaching the penguin himself, but Rock simply dismisses him. Rock is not as strict with Yukisada since they have been friends for a long time.

Peraco is Rock's friend and neighbor. He seems annoyed by her antics, but generally, they are not on bad terms. He is also a friend of her father.

Squid and Rock are acquaintances. After the events of Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea, Squid fled from the Blue Sea and washed ashore on Iceberg Isle, where Rock then took him in and tended to his wounds. Squid now lives close to Rock's house.

Skillset

Fishing - Rock has been seen fishing on multiple occasions.

Katana-Using - There are katanas in his home, implying he is familiar with their usage.

Idate's skin is pale, and his sharp black eyes are often accompanied by a smirk, giving him a devious appearance. He has cropped black hair with two white eye spots on both sides, giving him a more "orca-esque" appearance, along with a tall black dorsal fin on his head. He wears a black business suit and a gray shirt. His pants and shoes are black. He also wears black gloves, something which runs in his family. Underneath his clothing, he has been shown wearing heart-patterned boxers more than once.

When he was younger, he wore a black blazer with a gray sweater vest, a white shirt, and a red tie.

His orca form resembles that of any other orca, except his saddleback patch resembles that of bat wings, in relation to his distant demon bloodline. He also has black fingernails.

Shirogane has short white hair with bangs covering his scarred left eye. He also has narrowed eyes with black irises, a pair of wolf ears, and a white fluffy tail. He wears a ragged gray cloak over a striped shirt with white cuffs, black vest, brown pants held by three black belts, and black boots.

He has another humanoid form, more akin to a wolf compared to his normal appearance, but still wears the same attire. To this day, he retains a youthful appearance. His fur is fluffy yet a little bit stiff because he is a wild wolf. He is said to have a slim body type.

Yukisada has short fluffy white hair, an ahoge resembling a feather, and small brown spots on the crown of his head. His eyes are owl-like with black irises surrounded by yellow sclera. He wears traditional Japanese clothing consisting of a brown scarf, a light brown hakamashita with a dark brown hakama, a white feathery haori, white tabi socks, and black geta. In terms of undergarments, Yukisada wears a white mokko-styled fundoshi

Yukisada's appearance has not changed much since the past, retaining a youthful look. He prefers wearing kimonos in his daily life and wears a nemaki kimono to bed. As a child, Yukisada used to dress like a fluffy chick. He also used to wear a different scarf.

Yukisada smells like owl feathers and faintly sweet. He has a "traditional kimono" smell. He uses subtly sweet floral scents for baths.
