This is Natsu, the main troublemaker of the After School Sweets Club and a self-proclaimed romantic!

Her desire to "share the romance with everyone" has led her to say outrageous things and involve everyone, and her definition of "romance" is always changing...

A normal person would consider Natsu to be peculiar simply because of the way he talks. Natsu would think philosophically about the simplest of things and would always want to share his thoughts with everyone in an attempt to "share the romance", though it is unknown what that actually means.
