Hikari Tachibana

Hikari is a member of the Central Control Center, the Highlander student council. Despite her position, she tends not to take her job seriously and often causes trouble alongside her twin sister Tachibana Nozomi.

Hikari usually maintains a polite and calm demeanor, and speaks in a soft voice. She usually likes to be with her sister, Tachibana Nozomi, who is her full counterpart. Hikari doesn't really express herself, sometimes trying her best to follow Nozomi's behavior, which usually causes problems.

Hikari is a petite young girl with wavy, light lime-colored hair that reaches her hips and two strands that reach her waist. She has golden eyes and pointed ears like an elf's.

Her outfit is a dark blue engineer's uniform, a dark blue skirt with a blue stripe at the end tucked in, and a belt at her waist. She also wears a train conductor's hat and white leggings, paired with dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands.
