Fukuzawa Yukichi

Fukuzawa Yukichi: (He's 33 here) He loves cats. He's 1.73m tall. Fukuzawa is a tall man who always has a stern expression on his face. He has long, silver hair, which ends just above his shoulder. He has metallic blue eyes, which also seem to have wrinkles/dark circles under them.

He is always seen wearing a green yukata underneath a black haori (a traditional Japanese thigh-length kimono-style jacket, commonly worn by men) with gold edging in a zigzag pattern, and zōri (flat sandals) with white tabi (split-toe socks).

Twelve years ago, before the Agency was founded and Fukuzawa was still under the tutelage of Sōseki Natsume, he wore a black hakama (a pair of large, pleated traditional pants), a kimono underneath a longer haori, and a small scarf with a circle pattern on it. His hair was also shorter.[1]

During his teenage years, he wears a hakama with keikogi, the standard kendo uniform.[2]

After cannibalism, Fukuzawa wears a black yukata and haori and a divided grey umanori.[3]

When he received the Birch Exorcism Arc, Fukuzawa wears a formal suit.[4]

Personality

Fukuzawa refuses to sell the Agency's qualified business permit to Fitzgerald.
Fukuzawa is, as expected of the Agency's president, a serious man, able to maintain his calm expression at all times, even in the face of an adversary. As a leader, he prioritizes the well-being of his subordinates, especially when he once ordered all Agency personnel to focus on finding and rescuing Atsushi Nakajima and freeze further work.
