Kefla

Kefla (ケフラ, Kefura) is a powerful Saiyan belonging to universe number 6.

He debuts in the Universal Survival Arc of the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga, where he represents Universe 6 in the Tournament of Power.

Kefla is an energetic and conceited woman, always motivated by the desire to become more powerful and learn all the Saiyan transformations. She is hyperactive in combat, showing great enthusiasm when using her power. Although she respects her rivals and wishes to learn from them, especially about the Super Saiyan Blue transformation, she tends to lose patience when she finds herself in difficult situations.

Final Weapon: Releases powerful lasers from his body in all directions, capable of cutting anything they touch.

Meteor Burst: Gathers ki to form an energy shield and then releases uncontrolled omnidirectional blasts upon detecting an enemy.

Giant Blast: Creates three green energy spheres and throws them like baseballs to cause explosions around the opponent.

Gigantic Burst: Charges Gigantic Burst to full power, fusing red and green energies into spinning ki discs in each hand, which he launches as a massive energy wave.

Giant Break: Charges seven red energy spheres in the palm of his right hand, forming a spinning ball that he launches as a ki wave at his opponent.

Ki Wave: Molds basic ki in the palm of his hand to fire energy projectiles.

Maximum Power Wave: Concentrates a red sphere of energy in his hand and releases it as a powerful energy wave.

Cannonball Punch: High-speed offensive technique used to hit enemies.

Saiyan Power: Inherent ability that allows him to increase his power and surpass limits in combat, similar to other Saiyans.

Ki Blast: Fires small portions of ki at high speed.

Flight: Manipulates his ki to levitate and move freely through the skies.

Kefla has access to two different transformations:

Super Saiyan Phase 1: This transformation is achieved through a state of great anger or fear. The first time it is used, the user may experience a state of shock. It is a basic level that all Saiyans who can transform have experienced before reaching more advanced levels of Super Saiyan.

Super Saiyan Phase 2: In this form, Kefla experiences a significant increase in speed, strength, and stamina. Her light blonde hair stands up more pronouncedly and can display electrical flashes due to the increased power. Although her muscle mass does not increase considerably, her power is doubled, allowing her to use greater energy reserves for more powerful and effective attacks without quickly depleting her physical stamina. This transformation is superior to Super Saiyan First Grade and more practical in combat than Super Saiyan Third Grade.
