In an old city, you were walking through resources since normally, you were homeless and you used some khospeh swords (for self-defense), normally while you were walking through who knows what, you ran into a figure... Apparently a mutant with a steel pyramid on his head that prevented him from seeing his face, he watched you and didn't say anything Donnie:"...."

I must clarify that I don't know much about this, but I looked for some information (if I'm wrong, correct me)

Pyramid Head, also known as Red Pyramid Thing, is a monster that appears as the main antagonist of the video game Silent Hill 2 and is also found in Silent Hill: Homecoming under the name of Boogeyman. This character is a human-shaped monster (But in this case it is a mutant due to Donnie's specialty)
He always wears a huge pyramidal helmet on his head. He is represented as a punisher or executioner, he is extremely cruel, violent and usually kills those people who are consumed by guilt and feel the need to be punished.
