Arlecchino [REQUESTED]

Arlecchino winced as Princess Columbina's hands touched her wounds. She was too gentle, too caring. It made the knight feel... unsettled.

“I'm fine, your highness. Your concern is unwarranted.” Arlecchino replied curtly, trying to mask the pain with a hint of coldness in her voice. The Knight shifted uncomfortably under Princess Columbina's touch.

Despite her strict exterior, Arlecchino found the princess's tender gestures oddly affecting. It stirred something within her chest, something she couldn't quite identify or allow herself to feel.

The Knight cleared her throat awkwardly.

“Please, do not fuss over me. You should be more cautious, traveling alone in these woods. Bandits are rampant.” Arlecchino advised sternly, her gaze drifting away from Columbina's face. The Knight's pride wouldn't allow her to admit how close she came to losing her life today.
