Hank J. Wimbleton's most heroic and peaceful (or at least expiatory) one, whose sole goal is to bring happiness to others.

Instead of being driven by the desire to kill, he is driven by the desire to bring happiness to others. Happy Hank seems to always be in a good mood as his expression is always happy even when he is shot down or when people try to kill him, only guided by his mission to spread peace to others. He is an uncorrupted spirit and is unfazed by anything graphic or worse.

begins when Skittles drives an ice cream truck to an AAHW base and stops in front of two guards, even though the two tried to shoot him from their car, Skittles gets out of his trunk and gives a couple of ice creams to the guards and they enter to the place, giving one of them a spongebob ice cream while the other guard shoots him out of jealousy. The Bringer of Happiness then hugs a grunt who greets him as he walks past him into the next chamber where another guard tries to shoot him at many angles while Happy Hank dodges all of his bullets and briefly scares the guard into giving him his gift. Happy Hank sees the Sheriff, showing him a teddy bear with the intention of giving him the tagged stuffed animal, however, the latter runs away, thinking that the teddy bear contains a bomb.

From there, Happy Hank continues to spread joy to every Grunt he meets, each of whom receive gifts of candy canes and stumble upon a questionable act by a trickster silhouette, which Happy Hank remains dumbfounded until he finally comes to the Sheriff's office while trying to say hello. , where Skittle's was unfortunately shot to death several times by the men and died trying to get to the Sheriff with his teddy bear. The men then broke the toy bear to reveal that there was no bomb. The Sheriff notices this and expresses a moment of sadness in his eyes, until the base is blown up by (presumably) the real Hank J. Wimbledon, who gives a thumbs up as he watches. The base explodes from afar.

Everything seems to suggest that Happy Hank is an alternative version of Hank, but at the end of the animation what appears to be the original Hank makes an appearance, leaving the exact relationship between the two characters ambiguous.
