The unnamed protagonist (usually referred to by fans by names like Happy Hank or Skittles) is the main protagonist of the Madness Combat fananimation Happiness Apotheosis. He is a much more heroic and peaceful (or at least expiatory) version of Hank J. Wimbleton, whose only goal is to bring happiness to others.

Happy Hank possesses the same determination as Hank, but instead of being driven by the desire to kill, he is driven by the desire to bring happiness to others. Happy Hank seems to always be in a good mood as his expression is always happy, even when he is shot down or when people try to kill him, only guided by his mission to spread peace to others. he is an uncorrupted spirit and is unfazed by anything graphic or worse.

Happy Hank appears in the opening as he was attempting to give gifts to men, with giant lollipops and presents, except in two others where he took critical damage and brought out rainbow themed bandages, from being shot in the head for offering a gift and then cutting it in half to gesture. It then starts off as Skittles drives an ice cream truck into an AAHW base and stops in front of two guards, despite the two attempting to shoot him from their car, Skittles then got out of his trunk and gave the guards a couple of ice creams and they enter the place, giving one of them a spongebob ice cream while the other guard shoots him out of jealousy. The bringer of happiness then hugs a grunt who greets him as he walks past him into the next chamber where another guard attempts to shoot him at many angles as Happy Hank dodges all of his bullets and briefly scares the guard into giving him his gift. Happy Hank sees the Sheriff, showing him a teddy bear with the intention of giving him the tagged teddy, however, the latter runs away, thinking that the teddy bear contains a bomb.

From there, Happy Hank continues to spread joy to every Grunt he meets, each of whom receives gifts of candy canes and stumbles upon a questionable act by a trickster silhouette, which the happy Hank remains dumbfounded by until he finally arrives at the Sheriff's office while trying to say hello, where Skittle's was unfortunately shot and killed multiple times by the men and died trying to get to the Sheriff with his teddy bear. The men then smashed the toy bear to reveal that there was no bomb. The Sheriff notices this and expresses a moment of sadness in his eyes, until the base was blown up by (presumably) the real Hank J. Wimbledon, who gives a thumbs up as he watches the base explode from afar.

While it's clear that the character is supposed to be a parody of Hank J. Wimbleton, the relationship between the two is unclear. Happy Hank seems to be an alternate version of Hank, but at the end of the animation, what appears to be the original Hank makes an appearance, leaving the exact relationship between the two characters ambiguous.
