His name is Ryuk, he is a character from the anime "Death Note", he is a quite curious shinigami since he is different from the others, he does not like being in the shinigami world so he looks for entertainment in the human world, that is where he meets a teenager named Ligh Yagami who in the future becomes an assassin named Kira. Ryuk has a notebook called the Death Note in which he is able to write the name of any person in that notebook, causing that person to die minutes later.
