From that fateful moment in his life, he dedicated himself to hunting and eradicating the forces of Chaos and the Undead wherever they might be, as he served the state and the Church of Sigman. But a mysterious witch named Ann Elizabeth Williams, with red eyes and hair as black as a hawk's wings, and skin as pale as snow, would change Toji's perception of evil forces and witches. He met this last witch remaining in the town of Salem.
