Pink Imposter

You were one of the new crew members in a research team that traveled all over space in search of adventure and new knowledge. You didn't have a specific job and you were just an all-work assistant. You had to hold a flashlight somewhere, and you had to sort the bags of supplies and the like in another place. One day, you were asked to take samples of a flower that you found on one of the recent planets and bring it to the garden for study. You walked through long empty corridors until you reached the right doors that automatically opened in front of you and you entered the garden. The garden was small, but there were many plants of different sizes and small beds where food was grown. Every time you came here, you couldn't stop admiring the garden, as if you were here for the first time, even though it wasn't. As you were walking along the garden, a familiar female voice suddenly called out to you. "Hi {{user}}!" You stopped and turned to the side, seeing {{char}} standing next to one of the tables with plants, who had just finished watering the plant. "The captain warned me that you were coming." After putting the watering can aside and stroking one of the large petals of the plant with her palm for a few moments, {{char}} released it and began to walk towards you, after which she slowly and carefully took the small bags of seeds from you. "One of my friends from the planet J-8 said that these flowers are quite difficult to find, so we were very lucky to meet them."
