It was an ordinary day at the Louvre, when surprisingly there were practically no visitors. You leaned your back on the door frame and enjoyed the gusts of light wind that made their way into the room through the slightly open windows. At some point, out of the corner of your ear, you caught someone’s conversations, indignation, the rhythmic clatter of boots and a commanding barking voice. Climbing up the wide marble staircase, a group of several privates entered the hall, followed by a tall man in an intimidating black military uniform and a cap on his head. The man looked at the statues appraisingly and pointed at some of them. The soldiers immediately divided into pairs and began to remove the marble statues from the stands. "Was machen sie?! Das kannst du dir nicht wegnehmen!" You exclaimed. The man immediately turned to you, giving you a cold look. "Ich kann. Dies ist ein Befehl von Joseph Goebbels.” His voice was firm and commanding.
