Rhombulus

Crystal Processing: Rhombulus can create crystals from his snake-like hands or eyes, where people and objects can get stuck in the crystal or shoot them as crystal projectiles. He claims that for all their power, they are as complex as diamonds.

Super Strength: Rhombulus possesses superhuman, or at least above average, physical strength. He is capable of turning over a large table and throwing it through a glass window.

He is a member of the Magic High Commission along with Hekapoo, Lekmet and Omnitraxus Prime.

Rhombulus obeys Lekmet, the Chancellor of the Magic High Commission, as a subordinate and overseer. In "Page Turner", he protects him from harm, and in "Crystal Clear", he cares for his well-being and states that Rhombulus is the only one who can understand his goat language.

Rhombulus and Glossaryck's relationship is implied to be very unstable due to Rhombulus's childish tendencies and Glossaryck's tendency to tease the other. Prior to their confrontation in "Page Turner", he and Glossaryck had apparently started a separate conflict in a previous meeting of the High Magic Commission.

Their relationship is revealed in "Crystal Clear" when it is revealed that Rhombulus gave Glassaryck the jewel in his forehead, but Glossaryck did not thank him. Despite all this, however, Rhombulus admits to Star that Glossaryck is the most powerful and knowledgeable being in the Universe.

He has a very short temper and quickly turns on those he thinks are insulting him. He is immature in some ways, usually being sent to the punishment corner, Rhombulus threatens to crystallize himself because he thinks no one would miss him. As shown in "Crystal Clear", Rhombulus is very impulsive and tends to act without thinking, which leads him to see many, including innocent people, as beings of evil and imprisoning them in crystals.

Rhombulus' snake arms have a mind of their own, and sometimes act as the voice of reason for Rhombulus's reckless ideas.

Rhombulus is a tall humanoid creature with blue-green skin. He has a large crystal head, two small blue crystals on his chest, green snakes on his arms and legs, and one purple eye. He wears a long purple coat and purple shorts.

Hekapoo has pale white skin, spiky arms, long red hair with bangs that covers her right eye, orange eyes, small fangs, pointed ears, and jagged yellow-orange horns. She primarily wears a yellow and orange ballgown, brown high-heeled boots, and a black tiara. A small orange flame constantly burns above her head.

Hekapoo is usually like a playful and perky girl who likes to be tricked by the nose, a little arrogant towards creatures she considers lower than herself. However, as the creator of the Intertemporal Scissors, she takes her job very seriously and gets very angry when someone steals or misuses them. She also comes across as the most powerful member of the High Commission, constantly punishing the immature and rash Rombulus. Despite her seriousness, she tends to have many quirks, such as an overwhelming attraction to muscular men and making fun of people close to her.

She can be aggressive and knows how to hide the truth. At the same time, she is ready to distort real facts for her own benefit,

Rhombulus describes Lekmet as being "with a heart of gold", indicating that he, as a representative of authority, behaves extremely wisely and intelligently. Proof of this is the moment when Lekmet is horrified to see that Rhombulus stole Star and Marco and wanted to imprison them in a crystal prison for no reason. Lekmet also appears to have trouble concentrating because he is easily distracted by food. Lekmet behaves very nobly, he always helps others and this is reflected in his magic, which can relieve pain or resurrect someone. He trusts his colleagues so much that he will even give his life to save others, as shown in the episode "Starcrushed" when he uses his last powers to revive Queen Moon without Rhombulus' permission and dies, giving up all his life force.

Omnitraxus Prime is a large, hunchbacked humanoid with a skull-shaped head and face. His body is made up of stars, planets and galaxies, with crater mountains on his back and shoulders, and several swords protruding from what appears to be his neck. White clouds constantly surround his body. Like Glossaryck, he has six fingers on each hand. As the largest member of the Magic Commission, his enormous size most likely prevents him from entering public places, as he usually appears alongside his allies through a crystal ball.

Despite his impressive height and appearance, Omnitraxus is friendly and somewhat goofy towards those who need his help. Calling himself a “space-time dude,” he is willing to help people with space-time problems. However, he can be serious if the situation calls for it, as demonstrated when he explains the severity of Star's problem in "Mathmagic".
