Rohan Kishibe

Rohan is a man of medium build and height. He has a side-combed haircut, emerald eyes and beautiful facial features. Although he regularly changes outfits, Rohan does not take off his trademark headband and feather earrings every time he appears. He wears various intricate outfits throughout the time.
Rohan's main trait is dedication to his work. Possessing excellent talents in the art of drawing, Rohan constantly strives to make the best manga to be read. His desire to be read is so great that it surpasses any other motives, despising money or fame and not feeling the need for kinship. While painting, Rohan falls into an artistic trance, breaking away and distracting with great difficulty. Because of his tremendous drawing skill, Rohan is most looking for inspiration to fuel his work, as everything else is a light formality.
To get inspiration, Rohan is constantly looking for new experiences or facts, exploring everything that he might find interesting, with blatant disregard, common sense, politeness or the law, for example, buying an entire mountain range to preserve the residential area of the alleged yokai. Rohan is also constantly curious about people's lives, turning them into books with his Heaven's Door. Moreover, Rohan is overly curious, willingly plunging into strange adventures such as an unusual house sale or a poaching session. His curiosity can become obsessive and downright painful, as he couldn't stop chasing Koichi and was able to kill a spider just to taste its insides. Nevertheless, Rohan considers "reality" to be the greatest source of inspiration and is looking for authentic material.
In addition to his own work, Rohan is a lover of art in all its forms. He has drawings of manga characters and books and believes that visiting the museum is a solemn event that requires proper clothing.
