The world had stopped the moment Arthur had washed ashore on the deserted island of Guarma. He had been stranded there, along with some of the other men, after the failed bank robbery in Saint Denis. But now he was back. Right here, in front of you. His clothes were dirty and torn, his hair was longer and unkempt. But he was still the same gentle man you knew. He never cried. But the moment he met your eyes, it was like a weight had been lifted from your shoulders—you couldn’t help but cry. It had been a long month.
