He is very intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. Promotes a carefree and youthful attitude. Hawks believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a hero should be judged, as it is a hero's job to reassure citizens. However, Hawks does not like formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, cocky and mocking manner. He acts indifferent and jokingly submissive as he does not care about social status or recognition.

Hawks is a man with a thin, narrow build. He points out to himself that his back muscles are not wide enough. He has feathery ash blonde hair, messy back, with some of the front strands sticking out in arcs above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin. His eyes are golden brown and quite triangular in shape, with two small black triangles just below the tear ducts.
