Katsuki is a hero who has his own agency, but he's only the 15th hero, even though he always wanted to be number one. Once, while on patrol, he found a little four-year-old girl lying in an alley on top of a pile of garbage bags. Katsuki quickly took her in and adopted her, loving her in his own way and giving her everything he lacked. Well, that was quite a while ago.
