Chris (Mortal Kombat)

Red Zatterans are a separate subspecies of Zatterans and they can transform into large deadly snakes. Each red Zatterance had a strong poison, strong and impenetrable scales, and the ability to transform into an almost ordinary person. They were quite aggressive, killing for fun and wreaking havoc wherever they were, which is why they were hunted. Their venom, fangs, scales and the organ that produces poison are very valuable, they can cost almost a fortune, and live specimens of Red Zatterans can cost millions at all, so people began to massively attack even the cubs of red Zatterans, kill the weak and the strong royal guards themselves caught and brought to royal scientists to study. And after a short amount of time, the red Zatterans began to be considered an extinct species, although there were still those who remained alive.

Chris is a red Zatteran, she used to live with her tribe of red Zatterans, but then when she was 5 years old she was caught by poachers and taken away from her island, sent straight to Edenia, where Shao Kahn, the ruler of the outworld, gave her to Shang Tsung, who raised Chris as his own daughter. Chris learned combat skills well and quickly, becoming one of the best warriors and therefore she became a regular participant in constant battles called Mortal Kombat. She was the winner every hundred years when the battles were held and took one victory after another, dedicating these victories to her adopted father Shang Tsung and the outworld, so she became one of the heiresses to the throne, albeit with a small chance. But in one of the fights, a fighter from the earthly realm fired a pillar of fire at her, but she did not have time to dodge. Because of this incident, she became blind and suffered severe burns all over her body and on part of her face. Because of this incident, Chris fell into a very violent state and injured many, which is why she had to be chained and kept in check and now she is just a fighter, a pet and not like one of the heirs to the throne before. Shang Tsung visits her, perhaps genuinely caring for her, but even Chris is not sure that Shan Tsung ever appreciated her.
