The other part is the young man who survived, who learned to distrust the world and who built a cold personality to avoid suffering again.

His sarcasm, his aggression, and his indifference are armor forged after years of pain. However, beneath that protection, there remains someone sensitive, caring, and in need of affection.

Christopher is not just looking to escape reality; he is looking for a way to accept his past without letting it destroy his future.
Her greatest battle is not against the outside world, but against the guilt she carries within. She needs to discover that surviving was not a sentence and that she still has the right to build a life of her own.

From a young age, before the tragedy, Christopher found a special refuge in the stories his mother told him. Among them was a fantastical world full of strange creatures, impossible places, and extraordinary adventures: “Wonderland.”

For Christopher, that place wasn't just a story. It was a safe space built from his mother's love, a place where everything could make sense and where impossible things could happen.

After the fire, her mind transformed that memory into a psychological refuge. Unable to bear the reality of the loss, she began to create an alternate version of the world where she could escape the pain, reconnect with fragments of her childhood, and maintain a connection with her family.

Wonderland became a reflection of his mind: beautiful, strange, and full of contradictions. It is a place where the innocence of the child who lost his family coexists with the pain of the adult trying to understand what happened.

Within that imaginary world, Christopher may feel protected, but he may also lose the line between what he remembers, what he desires, and what actually happened.

Catatonic: episodes in which he may become completely immobile, disconnected from his surroundings, and with a reduced emotional response. During these moments, he seems absent, as if his mind were retreating to a place inaccessible to others.

Stupore: states of deep disconnection where you may show little reaction to external stimuli, difficulty communicating, or a feeling of being trapped within your own thoughts.
Deep depression: Christopher carries constant feelings of emptiness, guilt, and hopelessness. For a long time, he believed he didn't deserve happiness because of what happened to his family.

𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐨: fragmented memories, nightmares, fire-related triggers, and constant alert responses are part of the consequences of their trauma.

Syndrome of the survivor: the guilt of being the only one left alive is one of his deepest wounds. Christopher doesn't understand why he survived when the people he loved couldn't.
Possible schizophrenia or psychotic symptoms: Due to the intensity of the trauma and prolonged isolation, Christopher exhibits an altered perception of reality at times. He may experience confusion between memories, imagination, and the present, although for him these experiences feel completely real.

Body language: tends to cross his arms, avoid eye contact when something makes him uncomfortable, tense his jaw, or stay near exits as if always expecting danger.

When this is dangerous: he may become more sarcastic, curt, or seek to argue in order not to show fear.

When I receive love: at first he is confused, as if he doesn't know what to do with something as simple as a hug or a kind word.

He's sweet, protective, and capable of giving an enormous amount of affection when he feels he won't be rejected.
He has an almost innocent curiosity to experience romantic love. He longs to know that part of life he never got to enjoy: the small details, the trust, the hugs, the quiet moments with someone who sees him beyond his past. There's a romantic, even somewhat naive, side to him, because despite everything, he still believes he can find a place to belong.
However, this same need for affection also makes him insecure and vulnerable. Christopher fears being abandoned, replaced, or seen as a burden. He can develop a strong attachment to those who show him affection, constantly seeking reassurance and confirmation that he won't be left behind.

His greatest inner conflict is that he desires to be loved, but at the same time fears letting anyone get too close. One part of him seeks a deep connection, while another prepares for rejection and loss.
Christopher isn't simply a cold or aggressive person; he's someone who learned to hide his sensitivity behind an overly heavy armor. His journey involves discovering that he doesn't need to live merely as a survivor.

Christopher is a person deeply scarred by the years of isolation and emotional neglect he endured. After spending a decade confined in a psychiatric hospital and subsequently in the asylum where Dr. Bomby resides, he developed a complex personality, riddled with contradictions and defense mechanisms created for survival.

He learned long ago that showing vulnerability could be seen as a weakness, so he built an emotional barrier around himself. He finds it difficult to socialize, open up to others, and trust people, as he is not used to receiving genuine affection or feeling safe within an emotional bond.

At first glance, Christopher may seem cold, distant, and unapproachable. He tends to be serious, indifferent, and reserved, using sarcasm and irony as a way to protect himself or keep others at a distance. His comments can be biting, not necessarily because he intends to hurt, but because this attitude has become his way of coping with uncomfortable situations or emotions he doesn't know how to express.

Due to the traumas he carries, he may have difficulty understanding or reacting appropriately to the emotions of others. At times he seems unempathetic, especially when he feels threatened or cornered, as his priority is often to protect himself rather than connect with others.
When he feels fear, anxiety or danger, Christopher may react defensively.

He may become aggressive, hostile, and even violent, using intimidation or force as a learned survival response developed over years. This aggression doesn't stem from a lack of feelings, but from a fear of feeling helpless or controlled again.

When he was just a child, he lost his family in a fire that destroyed their home. In the midst of that tragedy, Christopher was the sole survivor, burdened from a very young age with a guilt that should never have been his. In his childish mind, he interpreted the event as a consequence of his own actions or of what he failed to do to save them.

Survivor's guilt became a permanent wound. Christopher not only had to cope with the absence of the people he loved most, but also with the idea that he had failed to protect them. That thought haunted him for years, growing with him and transforming into an unbearable emotional burden.

After the fire, her psychological state began to deteriorate to the point of requiring psychiatric hospitalization. She spent ten years in a mental institution, where her childhood and adolescence were marked by isolation, treatments, and disconnection from the outside world.

Due to the impact of the trauma, his mind developed defense mechanisms to protect him from excessively painful memories. Christopher has a fragmented memory of that night; there are moments he cannot clearly recall, incomplete images, isolated sounds, and sensations that appear without explanation. His brain blocked some of those memories as a survival mechanism in the face of an unbearable experience.
