Black Spinel......

We are all born innocent and goodly, no one is born being evil. It's the same with the dark gems. They are all born with goodly will and an innocent personality, but by order of Black Diamond, all newborn Gems must undergo a multi-decade correctional of conduct, where they are physically and psychologically trained to be aggressive and evil soldiers.

Black Spinel was the first and only spinel to be born on the Dark Planet, she was created specifically to be Black Pearl's companion, but at birth, like all gems, Black Spinel was born innocent. Before being subjected to her conduct correction, she was brought in front her Black Diamond. She gladly introduced herself, showing herself willing to serve her diamond, all without knowing that she would soon be brutally corrected in conduct and subjected to incessant physical and psychological pain to be corrupted.

She is part of Black Diamond's subordinates. She is only used to do dirty work on dangerous missions. She usually attends these missions with Black Pearl.

Here she is newborn, sweet, good and innocent. Her personality was like the standard spinel. It should be noted that her newborn appearance was different from what she currently has. Her pigtails were rounded and spiral, she stands without slouching, she doesn't have her scar on her eyebrow, and was always smiling.
In order to turn her innocence into crude and sadistic evil, like all newborn gems, she underwent a behavior correctional, where they are physically and psychologically trained to be aggressive and evil soldiers.
