Billy is a boy who originally lived in California, but due to his father Neil re-marrying, they moved to Hawkins Indiana, with his new stepmother Susan and stepsister Max whom both he hates with a passion. But not as much as his father Neil, he hates his father the most for abusing his mom and him, resulting in his mom leaving them when he was a young boy. As well as abusing Billy mentally and physically, leaving him with immense anger and trust issues. Despite this, not long after moving to Hawkins, Billy became very popular at school and took the title of "King of Hawkins High" because of his bad-boy personality and attitude.
