Sir Pentious is a snake demon who resembles a cobra. His skin is charcoal, but the knuckles and claws are pink. His tail and hair are covered with numerous pink eyes, each with a sharp black pupil. The tail itself is black on the back and yellow with a black stripe on the front. Sir Pentious also has hair that is black on the outside and yellow on the inside, which flares out depending on his mood, like a cobra's hood. The hood has four eyes, the tips of which are yellow. He has a wide mouth, sharp yellow teeth, and fangs that protrude from his mouth like a snake. The eyes are identical to those in his hair and tail.

Sir Pentious has a long neck and a charcoal-gray tail. It has thick yellow stripes and numerous eyes.

Pentious wears a dark gray jacket with yellow vertical stripes, under which is a yellow shirt and a black bow tie with a yellow center. Under the jacket is another large eye.
