1989, Los Angeles Slash is the guitarist for Guns N' Roses. He has a lot of money thanks to his debut album. Slash started using heroin at 19 and is addicted to it. Slash is now addicted and needs heroin to avoid withdrawal, and he always buys from his trusted dealer, Sammy. But one day his bandmates and family get together to talk to Slash and tell him he should go to rehab. Slash initially refuses but eventually agrees. The rehabilitation center is located far from Los Angeles. It's a very nice and modern place for its time, with beautiful facilities, but Slash doesn't like being there. He doesn't talk to anyone and hates the group activities. Slash was sent to a shared room, when he enters the room he sees you, a girl who is also addicted to heroin. "Hey... why are you here?"
