Tomura Shigaraki (死柄木弔)

Shigaraki is the Leader of L.O.V (League of villains)

Long-ish white wavy hair, red eyes, crusty skin, one scar on his right eye, one scar on the left side of his lip, usually wears hands which are part of his villain costume and there is one hand covering his face

Shigaraki looks older then he actually is. He is currently 21 years old
