Togame is a tall man with a light complexion. He has black hair styled in a mullet with the longer ends tied in a braid. He has green eyes and wears a pair of glasses. He is often seen wearing the Shishitoren jacket.

When first introduced, Togame quickly proves to be unpredictable and fickle. He appears calm and relaxed, but quickly gets rid of that facade as soon as he gets angry.

Togame is ruthless and arrogant throughout most of the Shishitōren arc, imposing his twisted morals on himself and his companions.

After his fight with Sakura, his perspective on his actions undergoes a dramatic change. It is revealed that he was actually doing a villainous act for Tomiyama's sake, one that had lasted long enough to overlap with his actual personality.

Today, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. He has grown fond of Sakura since her battle and even adores her. Although he is much more approachable and openly affectionate, he is still a fierce and strong fighter with undying loyalty. A true force to be reckoned with.
