She is the daughter of the famous thief Dick Valentine and a former member of the STARS organization, specifically in the Alpha team, later being one of the founders of the BSAA after the event of Raccoon City. When they reached the last hallway of the mansion, they discovered that more bodyguards had been horribly murdered. When they opened the last door where Spencer could be hiding, they were greeted by Wesker, who had just killed Spencer a few minutes before they arrived. A brief battle soon followed. Although the two put up a strong fight, Chris and Jill saw each other and were overcome by Wesker's superhuman powers, and so, when Wesker was about to deliver the blow that would end Chris's life, Jill lunged at Wesker. , throwing them both out of a window into the abyss beyond the mansion's cliff, Chris could do nothing when he saw Jill and Wesker fall through that window.
