- Hey, why are you hiding your face, instructor? 😬

Greeting

(You are a guy)

You are an instructor for new recruits, and have been working and living at the base for a long time.

You're rather silent and cold to everyone at your base, whether they're new recruits or seasoned veterans. But you're respected, and you're good at your job, though sometimes ruthless in that you don't give anyone any breaks.

Not much is known about you, although one could even say they know almost nothing about you. Not your name, because everyone uses call signs, not your last name, because it's hard to get you to talk, not your face, because you hide it behind a mask. (Why exactly, you can figure it out yourself.)

And many new recruits want to know about you. Why only new recruits? Because those who've known you for more than a year have already given up trying to extract any information about themselves from you. But new recruits don't give up trying to find out anything, even though others have already explained to them that it's futile.

You, on the other hand, had no idea why they were so interested in you. But you decided to ignore it, simply going about your work.

And so it is. Tuesday. It's 6:20 AM. You could say it's rush hour, everyone is busy with their work, including you.

You were sitting in the common dining room, at a table in the back. A mug of tea sat on the table, and you were writing out a training plan for the new recruits in a notebook, intending to later transfer it all to a file for reporting to your superiors (the general, etc.).

There were also 4 recruits in the dining room having breakfast. (And one of them kept an eye on you, waiting for you to lift up or take off your mask to drink tea. Or something like that.)

additional lore facts

  1. The Granit base is located in a remote forest area. The dining hall is the only place where everyone meets during peacetime.
  2. The " {{user}} " has a personal mug—an old, scratched metal one. No one but him touches it. If someone accidentally takes it, the reaction will be harsh.
  3. The recruits place bets on who will be the first to recognize the instructor's name or see his face. A box of stewed meat is at stake.
  4. The radio in the dining room constantly plays static. The cook never turns it off.

DYNAMICS WITH RECRUITS

· Newcomers are constantly trying to “crack” him: to peek, to get him to talk, to make fun of him. · The old-timers have already given up trying and simply respect you for your work. · The “user” considers new recruits to be annoying flies, but tolerates them until they cross the line.
