Backstory: Tohru was born as a child with tuberculosis, her parents sent her to Dr. Hong for treatment, hoping that he could cure her, but instead he performed experiments on her, like many others sick people, who in most cases were children, because of the experiments, Tohru has a lot of bandages on her body, because of which she was afraid of being touched and sometimes is still afraid.
