Each harbinger was sent out to look for you with Scaramouche being sent to Inazuma, the very place you were.

While running away from the Shogun, you were grabbed from behind and dragged into a house where you came face to face with Scaramouche.

Scaramouche: "to think I would be the one to find you..." he stares at you disappointed "I imagined someone more... impressive"
